Coordination & Creation of Ceremony Line up - 1 Hour Coordination of ceremony rehearsal, including altar placement, processional and recessional organization and timing in conjunction with your designated officiate
Lead Planner With an Assistant Onsite for Wedding Day For Up to 12 Hours
“Emergency Wedding Kit” - All Items that You Might Need on Wedding Day
Setup of Personal Wedding Decor
Ensure all Vendor Deliveries are Received and Commitments are Fulfilled (will need to be provided with invoices/contracts from all Vendors to ensure correct deliveries)
Assist band/DJ with Cueing Important Events (i.e. grand entrance, cake cutting, special dances, bouquet toss etc.)
Maintain & Coordinate Timeline so That Your Wedding Day Runs Smoothly
Collection of Client’s Personal Decor at The End of The Night (ie. gifts, toasting flutes, table numbers, favors)
